Poster Contest/Calendars

The 2010 Poster Contest's theme is "Conservation Habits=Healthy Habitats" which has a focus of simple things each of us can do to make a difference in our backyard, school grounds, or community. Teacher entry forms are due back by Feb. 19th, and the contest starts the week of March 1st, ending April 19th.
Envirothon

The Envirothon is a high school competition where students work in teams to solve problems of aquatic ecology, forestry, soil, wildlife, and current environmental issues. Schools from central and southern Ohio compete in an Area competition in late April or early May. The top 4 teams from the Area contest move onto the state competition in June. One team will represent Ohio at the Canon Envirothon in August, competing against teams from all over North America.
