Terrific Resources for Environmental Education (T.R.E.E.), is a consortium of local, county and state agencies and organizations that provide outdoor and environmental education opportunities in Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Licking, Madison, Pickaway and Union counties. Members include educators from local park districts, museums, botanical gardens, universities, soil and water conservation districts, divisions of Ohio Department of Natural Resources and Ohio EPA. It was formed in 1999 by Franklin Soil and Water Conservation District and the Environmental Education Council of Ohio. TREE members continue under this leadership to coordinate efforts to bring environmental education to schools, youth groups, formal and non-formal educators and the general public throughout Central Ohio.
