We're hiring Interns!
Our summer interns are an integral part of our youth and adult environmental outreach efforts. Applications are due February 25, 2026. To apply please send a resume and cover letter to
administrator@franklinswcd.org and indicate which internship you're applying for. Applicants may apply for one or both internships.
Outreach Program Intern- This position helps with our resident and business-focused environmental outreach programs. This work includes both community-facing duties such as attending events and visiting businesses as well as behind the scenes administration that keeps outreach programs like Community Backyards and PUP running smoothly.

Environmental Education Intern- This position assists our Youth Education team with summer programming at places like camps and libraries. When not helping with these programs themselves, this position will help with organizing and creating education materials and content.
